We share your information with Canada Post, Stallion Express and other logistics companies for shipping purposes.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

In Stock Shoes

Exchange or replacement of In Stock Miller& Ben Tap Shoes is available within 7 days after delivery confirmation. Be sure to try on your new pair of tap shoes on carpet to avoid damage. To exchange or replace Miller & Ben Tap Shoes, they must be unused, unscratched, un-smudged or stained and must be in “Brand New” condition. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Tap Shoes Canada. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or replacement of any tap shoes that are not reusable or resalable at our discretion.

Custom Order Miller & Ben Tap Shoes

Definition:

Custom order shoes are shoes that are designed by the customer; this includes choice of colour, model specifications, unmatched sizes and/or orthotic enabled designs. (ORT).

ALL SALES OF CUSTOM ORDER MILLER & BENTAP SHOES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Disclaimer:

The customer acknowledges that colours, patterns and hides might change significantly between orders. Tap Shoes Canada does not give any guarantee nor does Tap Shoes Canada provide any replacement or exchange due to colour, shades, hides and/ or pattern variation or fluctuations.

Return / Exchange / Replacement -Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returned, exchanged or replaced Miller & Ben Tap Shoes and/or merchandise.

Shoe Tattoos

All sales of Shoe Tattoos are final. NORETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Tap Shoes Canada does not offer warranties nor does it guarantee the permanence, durability, longevity, scratch and scuff resistance of Shoe Tattoos.

Return / Exchange / Replacement Policy - Essentials

All sales of Essentials such as Tap Shoe Repair Kits, Angelus Paints, Six Toe Tap Boards, Shoe Laces, Shoe Stretchers and additional merchandise are final. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Damaged Products During Shipment

Should damage from shipping occur, packages should be refused upon delivery and a claim should be filed with the delivery carrier. If the damage is apparent only after accepting the merchandise, please call us to immediately to arrange a replacement. Claims for replacement of damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Tap Shoes Canada is the exclusive Canadian & Global supplier of Miller & Ben products.

Shipping processing time & Delivery Estimates
All orders are confirmed immediately by email after purchase. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In Stock
In stock inventory is held in warehouses in Canada and the United States. In stock items are delivered in 5 weeks or less. Once your order is fulfilled by our logistics team you will receive an email with tracking.

Custom Order
Custom order shoes will be delivered in 5 months or less from the date of order. Expedited orders in 3 months or less.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Tap Shoes Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship Miller & Ben products to every country in the world.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tap Shoes Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



By placing an order by phone, and or via www.tapshoescanada.com, and or placing an order in person at a trade show, convention or at our store location, and or accepting delivery of the products and services described in the Tap Shoes Canada invoice, or other Tap Shoes Canada documentation, The Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts (A) The Terms and Conditions of Sale, (B) The Return/Exchange/Replacement Policy and (C) The Limited Warranty unless The Customer and Tap Shoes Canada have signed a separate agreement, in which case the separate agreement will govern. “We”, “Our” or “Us” refers to Tap Shoes Canada. Terms of Use; The Customer's Acknowledgement:

These terms constitute a binding contract between The Customer and Tap Shoes Canada. The Customer acknowledges this agreement and acceptance of these terms by making a purchase, placing an order by phone, shopping on our website, purchasing at our location or at a convention or tradeshow. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms posted on the Tap Shoes Canada website at the time The Customer initially places an order will govern the order in question.

Governing law; All sales made by Tap Shoes Canada will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of laws rules, regardless of the location of The Customer. Any dispute, action or litigation must be brought in Ontario and The Customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts located in the Province of Ontario, in particular the region of the Greater Toronto Area, submits to jurisdiction there, and waives the right to change venue. The Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that Tap Shoes Canada's agreement to sell and deliver products to The Customer is dependent on this provision.

a) The Miller & Ben Tap Shoes are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of supply, to be free of defects in materials or workmanship.

b) For purposes of this limited warranty, “Refurbished” means a pair of Miller & Ben Shoes that has been returned to its original manufactured specifications.

c) Proof of purchase is required in the form of a dated sales receipt which evidences that the Miller& Ben Shoes are within the Limited Warranty Period.

d) Tap Shoes Canada will repair or replace a defective pair of shoes with a new or refurbished pair of Miller & Ben Tap Shoes, at its option, at no charge during the ninety (90)days limited warranty period.

e) Unless otherwise stated, replacement Miller & Ben Tap Shoes are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for sixty (60) days from the day of replacement, or for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period, whichever is longer.

f) The Customer is responsible for all repeat shipping charges

g) Tap Shoes Canada shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund the customer until the defective shoes are returned to Tap Shoes Canada.

h) The above repair or replacement of said Miller & Ben Tap Shoes shall be within a reasonable timeframe or within the next/following order timeframe from the factory.

i) Tap Shoes Canada's limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the Miller & Ben Tap Shoes, and DOES NOT cover any problems that arise of:

 

Improper Maintenance Improper Storage Exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations or extensive humidity. Misuse Installation of taps by others Unauthorized modification of the shoes or tampering with the structure of the shoes in any way, shape or form.

Tap Shoes Canada's Sizing Liability

 Recommendation on shoe sizing during fitting, advised by a Tap Shoes Canada sales representative shall be treated as ADVICE ONLY. The Customer acknowledges that it is the customer's sole responsibility to determine the correct size of the shoes that is comfortable and/or suitable, before placing an order. Tap Shoes Canada shall not be held responsible for unfit shoes ordered by the customer.

 

Limitation of Liability

a) The Customer agrees that if their Miller & Ben Tap Shoes fail, the maximum liability of Tap Shoes Canada under this limited warranty, is expressly limited to the price The Customer has originally paid for the Miller& Ben Tap Shoes or the cost of repair or replacement of any component that malfunction in the conditions of a normal use.

b) Tap Shoes Canada shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use Miller & Ben Tap Shoes, Six Toe Tap Boards, Rhythm Jewelry, Angelus Leather Paint or any items sold by Tap Shoes Canada.

c) Tap Shoes Canada shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury caused by the use of Miller& Ben Tap Shoes, Six Toe Tap Boards, Rhythm Jewelry, Angelus Leather Paint or any items sold by Tap Shoes Canada.

d) Tap Shoes Canada shall not be liable for any incident or damage indirect or consequential including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, down time and users time, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or other damage whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, or any other legal theory related to the use of Miller & Ben Tap Shoes, Six Toe Tap Boards, Rhythm Jewelry, Angelus Leather Paint or any items sold by Tap Shoes Canada.

e) Neither Tap Shoes Canada nor it's suppliers shall be liable for any claim made by a third party or made by The Customer for a third party.

f) Any warranty for intellectual property infringement is hereby disclaimed.

g) The remedies provided in this limited warranty statement are The Customer's sole and exclusive remedies.
